SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy – Art by LJ Archive
Art by LJ Archive ships original artwork and fine art prints within Canada and the United States. All pieces are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Processing Time
Print orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
Original artworks are processed within 5–10 business days.
Commissioned works follow the timeline specified in the commission agreement.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and insurance value. We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking and insurance are included for all original artworks and high-value shipments.
Domestic & Cross-Border Shipping
We ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for cross-border shipments. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Packaging
All artwork is packaged using archival materials and protective wrapping. Large or framed originals may be shipped in reinforced boxes or custom crates to prevent damage in transit.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing and are not guaranteed.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Art by LJ Archive within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and artwork. This is required to file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Art by LJ Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For confirmed lost shipments, we will assist with filing a carrier claim.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Art by LJ Archive is not liable for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect address information.
Signature on Delivery
A signature may be required for original artworks or high-value orders.
